Greetings Sky River Day Camp families,
You're receiving this email because you have registered to attend Sky River Day Camp. If you haven't heard, GSWW has canceled all in person activities until August and that includes Sky River Day Camp. We are currently moving ahead with our planning for camp next year, so we will be back bigger and better than ever! Some of you have reached out with questions regarding refunds or the option to donate your payment and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I also want to thank so much for your patience, it is greatly appreciated. We are in uncharted territory here and my team and I wanted to make sure we had as much information as possible before we took any action. Moving forward you've got some choices to make. Please read the following portion of the email carefully and respond to this email and let me know which option you would prefer. Option 1. If you've paid for camp and would like a refund please let us know. Refunds will be credited back to the account you made the payment from LESS FEES. Stripe, our payment processor, submits refund requests to your bank or card issuer immediately. You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. Once issued, a refund cannot be canceled. Option 2. If you've paid for camp and would like us to hold your payment as a credit for next year, please let us know. We will issue you a voucher via email showing you're paid in full for Sky River Day Camp 2021. If we hold your payment, you will still have to submit a new online registration next year, however you will get early access to registration. If you choose to have us hold your payment but do not complete the online registration by March 5th we will issue a refund to you for the amount you've paid LESS FEES. Option 3. If you would like to make an in-kind donation to us of either all or part of your payment, let us know. We have had some expenses this year and will continue to have operating expenses moving forward with planning for next year and any donation would help with those. In kind donations are NOT tax-deductible. If we don't hear from you by May 21st, we will hold your money as payment toward camp 2021 and email you a voucher. If you registered for camp this year but have not paid you'll have to submit a new registration next year. If you have any questions please let us know.
