LIA's will have two 3-hour trainings on the evenings of Monday, June 7th and Monday, June 21st. PAIT's will attend one 3-hour training on the evening of Monday, June 7th and PA's will attend one 3-hour training on the evening of Monday, June 21st. Thanks! Dot. I'm so excited to finally be able to share our plan for camp 2021 with you all. Our camp theme for this year is Bee yourself
While we really just want to all bee back at camp for a full week of fun it's just not feasible right now to offer a full time in person camp. Our plan for this year is a hybrid of sorts. We're offering 2 half day sessions on July 12th and 13th at camp, and we'll also bee providing some take-home materials and some online content(not zoom) so that campers can continue the fun at home. We plan to pack as much into those half day sessions as possible we'll have science with Tweezers, and archery with Frog, games, crafts, donkeys and more. To stay in compliance with GSWW's COVID-19 rules, space for campers will be very limited this year. When registration opens, hopefully in mid-April, you'll choose either to attend the Monday, July 12th session or the Tuesday, July 13th session. If you are able to volunteer this year you'll volunteer on whatever day your campers attend. When registration opens in mid-April you'll choose either to attend the Monday, July 12th session or Tuesday, July 13th session. The cost for camp is $30 for campers, PA's and LIA's. That price includes a t-shirt, patch and other goodies. If you paid for camp for the 2020 year and requested to roll over your payment to camp for this year you have a few options. We can apply your money to camp for this year and either have the remaining balance refunded OR you can choose to donate the remaining balance to Sky River Day Camp. Money donated will be put into a scholarship type fund for campers who may not be able to afford to attend Sky River Day Camp and who may not be able to receive financial assistance. If you have questions I'll bee here to answer them just email [email protected] Thanks! Dot. |
